How to enable cookies

Instructions for Internet Explorer

Internet Explorer 4.x

  • Click View on the menu bar, then select Internet Options.
  • Select the Advanced tab.
  • Scroll down to the Security section. Look for Cookies and ensure that Always Accept Cookies is checked. If it is not, click in the box to the left to select this option.
  • Click OK.
  • Close the browser. This is necessary to refresh the settings.
  • Finally, re-open the browser and begin the registration process again.

Internet Explorer 5.x

  • Click Tools on the menu bar, then select Internet Options.
  • Select the Security tab, then click Custom Level.
  • Scroll down the list until you see Cookies. Ensure that the option Enable for both "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" and "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)" is selected. If they are not, click in the circle to the left of each to select these options.
  • Select Yes for changing the security settings.
  • Click OK.
  • Close the browser. This is necessary to refresh the settings.
  • Finally, re-open the browser and begin the registration process again.

Internet Explorer 6.x

  • Click Tools on the menu bar, then select the Privacy tab.
  • Now, move the Privacy settings slider to the selection you feel is appropriate to allow cookies. We recommend Accept All Cookies.
  • Select Yes for changing the security settings.
  • Click OK.
  • Close the browser. This is necessary to refresh the settings.
  • Finally, re-open the browser and begin the registration process again.


Instructions for Netscape

Netscape 4.x

  • Click Edit on the menu bar, then select Preferences.
  • Select the Advanced tab.
  • In the menu on the right, ensure that the option Enable all cookies is selected. If it is not, click in the circle to the left to select this option.
  • Click OK.
  • Close the browser. This is necessary to refresh the settings.
  • Finally, re-open the browser and begin the registration process again.

Netscape 6.x

  • Click Edit on the menu bar, then select Preferences.
  • Double-click on the Advanced tab, then click Cookies.
  • In the menu on the right, ensure that the option Enable all cookies is selected. If it is not, click in the circle to the left to select this option.
  • Click OK.
  • Close the browser. This is necessary to refresh the settings.
  • Finally, re-open the browser and begin the registration process again.

Netscape 7.x

  • Click Edit on the menu bar, then select Preferences.
  • Click the Privacy and security tab, then click Cookies.
  • In the menu on the right, ensure that the option Enable all cookies is selected. If it is not, click in the circle to the left to select this option.
