Try This First
Before reporting a problem,
examine the following checklist:
- Make sure you are using a reasonably current version of your
browser, for example something more recent than FireFox version 3 or
Internet Explorer version 6. In general, a more recent version is
better. Also check to ensure that the following are also enabled.
- Automatically load images
- Enable Java
- Enable JavaScript
- Enable Style Sheets
- Try closing your browser and then starting it again.
- Do not use your browser's back arrows - use the navigation opportunities inside the Estimator.
Providing feedback and reporting a problem
Please use this mechanism to provide feedback for the IBM Systems Workload Estimator team. If you are reporting a problem, please tell us about the problem you found by filling in the form below and clicking on the 'Submit' button at the bottom. This will open your default e-mail program to send this information to the Estimator team. From your default e-mail program, you are encouraged to attach documentation that will enable the Estimator team to more effectively respond to the problem.
