Registration
Having problems?

| To register with the IBM System i Support web site, visit the registration page and perform the following steps: |
|
| 1. Select the Register tab. |
| 2. Choose a method to register for your My IBM ID profile. |
| New registration |
- Complete the My IBM registration forms. Click the Continue button.
- Verify that the information is correct. Click the Continue button
|
| Register with your current My IBM ID |
- Sign in with your IBM ID and password
|
| 3. Complete the IBM Systems and Storage registration profile form. Click the Submit Registration button. |
| 4. You will see the "Thank you for registering" screen. From the Related links section, click the link to go to the appropriate support site. |
| 5. You are now registered with IBM System i Support web site with your new My IBM ID. |

You can change your My IBM ID password if you have forgotten it or just need to change it.
Visit the Forgot Password page and perform the following steps:
- Enter your My IBM ID. Click the Continue button.
- Enter your answer for "Answer to security question".
- Enter your new password.
- Enter your password again for confirmation. Click the Submit button.
- You will now be at the "New password confirmed" screen. Click the Continue button.

| Your Personal Information, such as your e-mail address, mailing address, or phone numbers can be updated by you.
Visit the Change Profile page
and perform the following steps:
- Enter your My IBM ID and password. Click the Continue button.
- Modify the appropriate fields in the "Personal information" form with your new information. When finished, click the Submit button.
- Verify the information you entered. If finished, click the Continue button.

| Your System Information such as machine type, serial number, customer number, or IBM branch office can be updated by you.
Visit the IBM Systems and Storage registration page and perform the following steps:
- If you have not already signed in, enter your My IBM ID and password. Click the Sign in button.
- Modify the appropriate fields in the "IBM Systems and Storage registration" form with your new information. If finished, click the Submit Registration button.
- You will now be at the "IBM Systems and Storage profile updated" screen.
